The Business Man Enters Post-Production

Breaking Fate Entertainment is pleased to announce that The Business Man, the latest Edgar Allan Poe adaptation in our ongoing Evermore anthology project, is officially in post-production.

The film will make its world premiere on Saturday, November 14, 2026, during the 2026 Dark Art and Oddities Con in DeKalb, Illinois.

Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s darkly comic short story, The Business Man brings another strange corner of Poe’s imagination to the screen as the Evermore anthology continues to take shape.

Post-production is now underway, with editing, sound, and the original score all coming together ahead of the November premiere.

We’re excited to finally share this one with an audience.

Mr. Willy Adkins is an American director, actor, producer, photographer, and author. As President of Breaking Fate Entertainment, he’s a multi-talented force in the indie film world. Willy is also the founder of The Illinois Ghost Hunters and a lifelong enthusiast of the paranormal and dark arts. Through his internationally recognized Deviant Desires Photography, he’s known for alternative model portfolios and horror-themed art.
Willy actively supports fellow indie artists, producing and directing numerous film festivals across the U.S. When not immersed in film, he enjoys family time, hiking the Smokies, and crafting his signature spooky dolls, Mr. Willy’s Killer Creatures.
